What is an Order-Norm Transformation?

Order-Norm Transformations can help normalize data for statistical computations.

What is the Business Challenge?

Many times, a dataset contains information that with no adjustment fails to provide accurate information under statistical analysis. Transformations are just one adjustment used to make data more fit for statistical analysis (Reducing skewness, creating linear relationships, etc .)

What is an Order-Norm Transformation?

An Order-Norm transformation begins by calculating the percentile value of each datum in the dataset. The data is then mapped to the percentile value present in a normal distribution. This effectively guarantees that the resultant set will be uniform and behave similar to normal distributions.

How will Ready Signal Help?

Ready Signal allows you to change your signal to automatically apply an order-norm transformation to your data. With one click of a button, a signal can be automatically calculating and incorporating log transforms into the data stream.
